Family and Youth Services Program


TPC Family and Youth Success Program focuses on youth ages 0-17 or older if the youth is attending high school that meet eligibility guidelines of: family conflict, school attendance issues, delinquency, or issues pertaining to running away. Youth who have been adjudicated and convicted of either a misdemeanor or state jail felony offense are NOT eligible for FAYS services. FAYS highest priority is to support youth remaining in their homes.

Another aspect of the program includes Universal Child Abuse Prevention Services (UCAPS.) UCAPS is prevention based activities intended to increase knowledge and awareness of child maltreatment and promote healthy parenting and family interactions which are delivered to the community at-large.

FAYS Program covers the top 21 counties in the Texas Panhandle. These counties include: Potter, Randall, Moore, Dallam, Sherman, Hansford, Hartley, Hutchinson, Carson, Gray, Wheeler, Roberts, Ochiltree, Lipscomb, Hemphill, Deaf Smith, Oldham, Donley, Armstrong, Collingsworth, Hall.
